MEET YAHLI COP, an Eitanim participant and high school entrepreneur from IAC New Jersey is behind ValueBoox – a peer-to-peer marketplace helping families buy and sell books locally.

Yahli recently launched a pilot event at his local library, bringing kids through an interactive “Reading Passport” experience that introduced them to the platform, encouraged them to list their first books, and sparked real engagement from families.

ValueBoox is built on a simple idea: make books more accessible while strengthening community. The platform keeps books circulating locally and donates 10% of every sale back to the library.

Now, Yahli is expanding the vision by launching a national ambassador program, inviting teens to start ValueBoox chapters in their own communities and partner with local libraries.

Join IAC Magen Teens Fellowship

THIS PAST WEEK IAC Magen activists met with police officers across the nation to strengthen relationships with local law enforcement and to deliver trainings on antisemitism, deepening officers' understanding of the challenges facing the Jewish and Israeli American communities. The initiative engaged and impacted over 1,000 officers nationwide, reinforcing critical partnerships between law enforcement and the community while equipping officers with the knowledge and cultural awareness needed to recognize and respond effectively to antisemitic incidents. These trainings mark a significant step forward in building trust, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of Jewish and Israeli American communities across the country.

The Focus Project is an IAC Magen collaborator and we are excited to share their content and material with you. The Focus Project develops and distributes news, background, history and weekly talking points on timely issues to inform individuals and organizations about issues affecting the American Jewish community and Israel, and help readers speak with more consistency and clarity. The editions also provide potential responses for addressing incidents of antisemitism and anti-Zionism. With input from a spectrum of major American Jewish organizations, the focus on that which unites us, rising above political and individual agendas.
