This month we are celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of the national poet Haim Nachman Bialik. Bialik wrote dozens of children's songs; many of which are still popular. As part of OFEK's curriculum, our students will learn Hebrew by studying Bialik's life story and poetry.
Through our diverse programs, we offer opportunities to explore and connect to Israel beyond just learning the language.

In the history course we will talk about Israel since the days of its establishment. Since its establishment, the State of Israel has undergone wars, peace agreements, quiet and turbulent periods. During the course we will watch videos, photos and diaries and we will discover how Israel has transformed from a small country into a world high-tech power through developments and inventions in the air, at sea and on land
